Hi, I’m Giulia!
I’m an AITI and ANITI certified interpreter and translator with several years of experience.
International organisations (such as the UN and NATO), governmental bodies, TV channels, multinational corporations, celebrities and private clients have counted on me for high-quality language services in some of the most important European and international cities since 2018. I’m lucky enough to do a job I love. And when you love something, you want to shout it from the rooftops. That’s why I have been teaching Conference Interpreting to undergraduate and postgraduate students at the renowned IULM University, a member of CIUTI (Conférence internationale permanente d’instituts universitaires de traducteurs et interprètes), the oldest and most prestigious international association of university institutes with degree courses in translation and interpretation since I was 24.
My journey
The story so far…
I was raised in a family of avid readers who always had a suitcase packed, and I soon followed in their footsteps, travelling and living in different European cities. I began living abroad while I was still a teenager, firstly as the winner of a scholarship awarded by the Italian Confederation of Industry Confindustria Bergamo for the Erasmus+ programme in Valencia and then as a guest speaker at the European Parliament in Brussels for the EYF. From the outset, I have integrated my practical skills with my solid academic background. Two noteworthy credentials include my Master’s degree in Conference Interpreting and the training programme in Translation and Interpreting, which I studied in the renowned University of Granada.
